A luxury hands-on wine and food experience in Margaret River.

This five-day food and wine immersion is curated and hosted by an expert team led by wine and travel journalist and TV presenter Cassandra Charlick and tourism expert Stepan Libricky. 

You’ll learn about the region's French history, why classic Bourdeaux and Burgundian varietals thrive here, and meet some of Margaret River's most influential winemakers and winery owners.

Our French Connection experience includes the following:

4 nights luxury accommodation set amidst one of Margaret River’s most private estates. All transfers from arrival through until departure.

Delve into the stylistic difference between Rhone Valley’s Syrah and Margaret River’s Shiraz under the expert guidance of Domaine Naturaliste's winemaker and syrah aficionado Bruce Dukes. His passion shines through a day of vineyard walks, intimate benchmark tastings, and a French feast fit for a king.
A hands-on french patisserie class with Romain at his Maison Lassiaille. Follow the journey of this master of delights.
Celebrate all things sparkling at Howard Park Wines, the home to the Marchand & Burch collection of Champagne and Cremant.
Complete the Tour de France with cider and crêpes at Bistro Breton.
